Soula and William’ Wedding Reception

At the Tab Centre, 3 Godfrey Place, London, E2 7NT

 Soula and William got married at Hackney Town Hall and celebrated that in the beautifully restored Victorian building called The Tab Centre. Everyone was very happy of the cute venue which as the Tab Centre.

The Table plan was attached on the window outside in the reception drinks area surrounded by jar of pansies. On each tables of the hall were placed candelabras assembled and decorated with ivy and roses and on each place setting was a little cute gift for the guest.The names of the guests were written on small cards illustrated with a character who was raised on corks.

The Guests were welcomed outside by a reception drink with champagne,  soft drinks and carved spanish Serrano Prosciutto ham accompanied by vegetarian nibbles.

At the end of the reception drink.
the master chef invited the guests to sit down in the hall for the dinner.  bride and groom entered last in the room and were welcomed by all the guests.
The dinner started, was served at the guest roasted rump lamb with gratin dauphinois and green beans.

At the end of the dinner sparkling was served and the brother of the bride, groom and best man made his speeches. Following this the guests were invited to move to the balcony to listened the mother of the bride toast. They after went back in the main hall to the cutting of the cake.

The bar and the evening bagel buffet opened and the party began. The guests danced until the end of the evening on good music played by a DJ.

Smoked salmon roses on baby potatoes, black olives stack with pistou mayonnaise

Roasted butternuts, rosemary goat’s cheese, honey fig, pumpkin seeds, rockets salad with balsamic reduction

Main Course

Roasted rump lamb in port wine and berry juice

Sides

Gratin Dauphinois

Green beans Dressed in olive oil

Summer vegetables tower, roated Portobello, grilled aubergine, courgette, peppers, mozzarella and fresh pesto with spicy Provencal sauce served with dauphinoise on plate

Dessert

Meringue with Strawberry and Cream

Evening Bagel Buffet

Salt Beef

Smoked Salmon cream cheese
